Festival of Holidays

You can join the Sheffield Historical Society in celebrating twenty years of the “Festival of Holidays,” the holiday market where you are sure to find a gift for everyone on your list. Once again the Old Stone Store (137 Main St., Sheffield) will be transformed into a winter wonderland of unique gifts of all kinds, for all ages, all reasonably priced.

At the Opening Night Reception on Friday, Nov. 8, from 6-8 pm, you can enjoy a glass of wine and sample some of the gourmet items for sale. By shopping at the “Festival of Holidays” you can be proud that you are not only supporting the historical society, but also the many Sheffield, Berkshire and New England craftsmen whose wares are for sale. This year the shop will have fair trade ornaments, accessories and jewelry as well.

The “Festival of Holidays” will be open weekends 11am to 4pm through Dec. 22, and there will be special hours on Black Friday (11-4) and Christmas Eve (10-3).
