While Massachusetts and Berkshire County in particular have much to love and cherish, whether it be culture & arts, beautiful landscapes, a less hectic way of life, or our passion for our home teams, there are indeed some oddball laws. These laws just don't apply to Berkshire County; they apply to the state or a majority of Massachusetts. In some cases, the laws only apply to an individual city or town in the Bay State, so even though the act may not be a law in Berkshire County, we still included it for entertainment purposes.

Most of these don't make much sense to me as to why they are laws to begin with. I understand it was a different time when they were written and enacted, but still it seems like the lawmakers must have joined together and said, "okay we have our serious laws ready to be passed, now let's come up with some haha ones to swerve our citizens."
