Recently, a study was conducted to determine the savings needed to retire by the age of 50 in every state in the country. The numbers are kind of scary.

WalletHub released one of its well-researched annual reports, and this one's a doozy. Let me just tell you that Massachusetts was ranked #1 once again.

Here's the big question of the day, Massachusetts residents: Are you aware of how much other states envy us lucky folks in the Bay State?

It's interesting to see that Vermont and Connecticut are the only New England neighbors that didn't make the top 10!
