Delvalle-Rodriguez

Sentencing took place this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court for Luis Delvalle-Rodriguez, who was found guilty on Friday in the 2018 October Mountain State Forest shooting of Nick Carnevale.

The Berkshire District Attorney’s Office has obtained guilty convictions of the person who shot Nicholas Carnevale. Luis Delvalle-Rodriguez was found guilty on multiple charges.
