I hate to say it but since I have lived in Berkshire county, behavior has taken a violent turn in a city where you used to feel a lot safer.

Bennington Police received a report late Monday afternoon that a 30-year-old Bennington woman had been kidnapped from Bennington and taken against her will to Springfield, Ma.

Investigators are still actively searching all over the area for evidence as the investigation continues.
